Our villas are mainly located in the south-east corner of Cyprus in Ayia Thekla. Our properties are all within a 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk of supermarkets, bakery, bars, restaurants, traditional local taverns, the beach, Nissi beach, children's play park, Water World Water Park and the local fishing shelter.
With glorious white sand and inviting blue water, you can spend days chilled beyond belief on this beach, browse shops along cobbled streets, sip drinks in the bars and explore Ayia Napa's historical sites, like the 16th century monestary and pretty yacht-lined harbour. Famous for its clubs and bars, you can also experience some of the world's best nightlife, if you fancy it.
The wonderful golden sand and crystal-clear water of Fig Tree Bay make Protaras Cyprus's top holiday spot for families, who come to soak up the sun, enjoy the excellent watersports and have fun nights out in the resort's bars, restaurants and discos, and you can also see fantastic countryside views and romantic sunsets from Cape Greco.
Troodos is the biggest mountain range in Cyprus, the range is located on the West side of the island and is easily reachable by car from our luxury Cyprus villas. The area has breathtaking scenery wherever you look and has many hidden gems for you to explore.
Water World Water Park is situated in the Ayia Napa area just 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk from our Cyprus villas, the water park is currently one of the largest in Europe and provides entertainment for all the family.
